Facilities Construction and Management
On-site Facility Management – CFM can provide a full- or part-time director of facilities. This person acts on behalf of the client, just like their own employee, in selecting the most cost-effective means for meeting their maintenance and building needs.
Project Management for School Construction and Renovations – CFM can provide a full-time manager to review the building plans and specifications, conduct periodic inspections of the site during construction, participation in construction meetings in person and by phone, review and approve payments to be made for completion of work certified by the project architect, review punch list items, and collect and review guaranties and warranties with the school or facility.

AHERA Compliance -
CFM can manage the necessary site inspections and testing for asbestos and help manage and schedule all our clients' needs in regard to abatement. AHERA training for our clients' personnel and all other needs can be tailored to meet their building or facility needs.
Inventory – CFM can provide and maintain physical inventory counting services to our clients. CFM understands with – increasing pressures to cut costs and improve quality, some clients appreciate our inventory program. CFM uses the latest programs and software to provide our clients with the best available service.
Janitorial Services, Snow Removal Services, and Landscaping Services – Through our third party vendor, CFM can provide many routine services tailored to meet our clients' building or facility needs.
Purchasing and Procurement Services – CFM can provide our clients with the most competitive pricing for items such as furniture and/or technology, including installation, equipment, textbooks, nursing, janitorial, office, and classroom supplies. CFM works closely with each client to meeting their specific needs.
Meals Delivery, Preparation, and Service – Through our third party vendors, CFM can provide our clients with a full-service meal program. We can develop a school meal program to meet our clients' school or facility needs.
Training Services - Using proven specialized instruction programs; CFM can source and schedule outside training services to meet your needs. Training programs include AHERA compliance, food service handling, janitorial and preventative maintenance.
Transportation – Through our third party vendors, CFM can provide buses and drivers for day or after-school charters, as well as special needs transportation, including air-conditioned wheelchair buses.
